Create ABAP Proxy error

Hei gurus,

I'm tryng to configure an abap proxy to call this web service:

http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/checkVatService.wsdl 

Step:

- SE80

- edit object

- Enterprise Service / Client Proxy

-External WSDL

- URL

- "http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/checkVatService.wsdl"

... This is the log ..

Con someone explain where I'm in wrong ?
