How to create a project and maintain wbs and network activities using BAPI ?

Can anyone explain in steps on how to create a project with wbs elements and network activities using BAPI ?

I know that I need to use BAPI_POJECT_MAINTAIN. But I don't know how to use it.

I did go through this below link. But its leading to dump when I execute it.
