ALE IDoc MATMAS, CLFMAS, SERDAT Issue - Status Change of Successful IDocs

Hello experts,

I have a issue where I am sending batches of “MATMAS” and “CLFMAS” IDocs from a ECC System to a MDG System.

Outbound ALE from the Source ECC System is set up to collect “MATMAS” and “CLFMAS” IDocs.

I go to T-Code “BD10” and send the Materials, via IDoc, to the Target MDG System.

Within the Source ECC System, I see that the “MATMAS” and “CLFMAS” documents are queued up in status “30” I think as expected.

I then use program “RBDSER02” to process the queued up IDocs.  They are pushed to the Target MDG System where they lay in status “64” (Yellow Light : IDoc in Processing) .

Within the Source ECC System program “RBDSER03” is kicked off, a few minutes after “RBDSER03”, and sends the “SERDAT” IDoc to the Target MDG System.

Once the “SERDAT” IDocs gets to the Target System all the queued IDocs process in the correct order and post.

What my issues is that within the Source ECC System, the IDocs of “MATMAS” and “CLFMAS” that were pushed to the Target are now in a status of “12” (Yellow Light : IDoc in Processing) .  I am expecting the be in a status “12” (Green Light : IDoc Posted Successfully).  It looks like the status changes on the “MATMAS” and “CLFMAS” once the “SERDAT” has been sent to the Target System.

Any idea why this is happening and how I can correct this?

Thanks
