                  The post you found tell exactly what you need to do just copy the SAPcript and go and change the logo before you do that upload the new logo which you want via SE78.

'And in NACE transaction code, you need to configure this Z script to trigger when you run VA02 transaction code'

What else do you want to know ? you need not to write any zprogram for that.
