Change Pointers for Variant Configuration in Material Master

Hello Experts,

I am trying to configure change pointers (IDOC) for VC Data in material master. In case if data is changed in material master other than VC data then also it should send same message type. In case of VC data change too, same message type should be sent.

How do we set up change pointers when VC data is changed.
