Error in RFC connection SAPOSS

We would like to request your feedback on the following issue.

Upon performing a connection test with RFC connection SAPOSS in our system, we recieved an error message. Checking the trace file dev_rfc reveals that the error is RFCIo_ERROR_SYSERROR in abrfcpic.c : 2825 LB: Hostname or service of the message server unknown. Upon checking the settings of the RFC connection, we saw that the user OSS_RFC doesn't exist. Can we ask for advice on how to resolve this issue?
