I think you can use the transaction SU53 to find out what authorization object is necessary.
You can send the IDoc and run transaction SU53 in receiver system immediately and switch to the user used to send IDoc. Please check what authorization check is failed. Then add the necessary authorization object to this user. Please do this until the IDoc process succeed.
