Adding Set type field into complaint creation screen ?

Hi Team,

My requirement is in complaint creation screen(Component -BT120H_CPL) we need to add one field Serial number(this is the filed in component - PRDGENSET,Context node -Set type) this field user enter serial number- 1234(for example) then automatically customer details and product details and Item details should be fill.how to do it.

First i need to add the field Serial number (PRDGENSET ,context node -Set_type, attribute - STRUCT.ZZ0017.) field to Ccomponent create screen ( BT120H_CPL) how to do it? could you please help here?
