There are two custom messages say ZCL1 and ZCL2 created in the system to send the classification data.These message type were originally created to send classification data based on some material type. for eg. ZCL1 was created to send material type A and ZCL2 was created to send material type B.
Now user is trying to send the data for material type B using message type ZCL1 and is unable to send this data. User says that all the necessary filter settings are in place and that he should be able to send the data for material type B using the message type ZCL1.
I am relatively new to idocs and would like to know what all things should I check/ensure so that user can send the classification data for material type B using message type ZCL1.
Communication idoc is getting created but Master idoc is not getting created.
