what are the ways to integrate SAP and Magento?

Dear All,

I  have to integrate SAP and Magento..Magento acts as front-end and SAP as back-end.Two way real-time communications will be there,by passing databetween SAP and MAGENTO...What are best ways to integrate these two systems??
