We are using standard IDoc WPUBON to update the Retail sales data.
As per the standard guidelines, the tax should be determined as per the purchase location (store) and each store can have different tax amount.
As per current functionality in our system, the tax is being determined as per the customer profile information, here the customer default information is stored like the store and other details.
In our case, customer belongs to STORE1 ( as per the customer profile ) but buys the product from STORE2. As per the standard guidelines, Tax amount should be determined from STORE2, but due to existing functionality, the tax is determined from STORE1 which is incorrect.
Please let us know the place where the tax determination happens in SAP when using Idoc WPUBON to update the data and how can we correct the issue?
