Restrict S067 update for non committed orders

Hi Experts,

    Currently am working on the requirement where user wants to stop the update to table S067.

Current system status is for committed order when we create order and delivery, system updates both S066 and S067.

for non committed orders system updating S067 which is not expected. Is there any way to restrict S067 update for non committed order.
