LSMW tcode perminent access to perticular user any critical?

Dear Experts,

I want to understand for LSMW tcode access can give permanently access to user is recommended practice? If we give permanent access what is the criticality.

For time being of uploading of changes or new data upload only has to give access to user because my basis team is not accepting to give permanent access.If want to discuss with basis team I want to understand the criticality for permanent access.

Kindly anybody can help to understand. Advance thanks for your help.
