I have searched different forums but have not found an appropriate answer hence I am posting this question.
My requirement is to send a single outbound IDoc from SAP to two different systems. This is my scenario in details.
1. We have PI system as a middleware. We have this defined as a Port and a Logical system.
2. We also have Web methods as the second middleware. We also have this defined as a Port and logical systems.
3. I create a Sales order in SAP
4. Upon successful save of the order, we trigger an outbound IDoc using Output type. The IDoc type is ORDRSP. The Output in the sales order has the Partner Type as 'LS' and a partner (we can give only 1 partner for an output record)
5. IDoc triggers and is sent to the partner that was entered in the order output
Question: Now my question is that when I trigger that IDoc, can the same IDoc be triggered (forked) to both the logical systems (PI and Web methods). I do not want to have 2 IDocs or 2 different output types.
