So you mean, we create the Web service with an FM/BAPI in SAP ECC and then expose that webservice through PI. Or do we use a BAPI/FM from ECC and create the webservice directly in PI?
We mainly want this for creating mobile apps as well as for sharepoint connectivity. Does it even make sense to use PI for us? We will be dong simple data queries and some update of data like HR leave etc.
