Receiving error While consuming Web Service in IDES

Hi,

I am receiving an error is while consuming(Testing) a WebService in SAP IDES.

the error is as belows.

Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED")

.

I have created a RFC enabled FM inlocal object . created a consumption Web Service for it using Web Service Creation Wizard.
