Business Transaction Event(BTE) 1030

Hi Gurus,

We are using standard program rfbibl00 to post documents in sap(tcode FB01).if documents posting will success then those details has to be stored in custom table which will be created by me for that my fuctional consultant suggested BTE 1030.

i need to do trigger that BTE when posting documents successfully posted..so how can i trigger that Event and is there any another way  possible to solve this one?

Please suggest me ..
