We have a similar requirement where we are simulating the entire CJ20N transaction for some interface.
We are using BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN to create the project system hierarchy, which is typical with project definition on top and then comes a WBS and another WBS-0001.
This is fine, but we also want to create Easy cost planning for the third level WBS-0001.
And we can not use CNECP_MAINTAIN as we are not using network activity for easy cost planning and I get an error that the 'Switch is not active' if I call this function module and hence is ruled out.
I am calling methods from classes to create cost estimate, costing model, cost model valuation and insert all characteristic values into model and at last commit_all.
These calls are creating database entries in tables CKHS, KEKO and some more tables but I can not see ECP in CJ20N.
If anyone has worked on this can you please let me know the sequence of steps and calls that are made to have the ECP created.
