i believe your oez should contain the line as below
routestring=/H/192.168.20.242/S/3299/H/169.145.197.110/S/3299/H/oss001.wdf.sap-ag.de/S/3301
If you generated the oez from marketplace correct your routerstring as mentioned and it should work
