Create a Dummy Role and Use the BAPI " BAPI_JOBROLE_CLONE" by copying it as a ZBAPI.

After that using BDC assign Profile to the role and Generate the Profile using the BAPI  " PRGN_AUTO_GENERATE_PROFILE_NEW".
